Thanks to the changes to the BCCM Regulation Modules in 2020 electronic voting can now be implemented in addition or alternative to paper meetings for Body Corporates.
AAA have implemented StrataVote, an electronic voting platform, that provides unrivalled meeting, electronic voting and documentation functionality. Additionally, it enables owners to participate quickly, easily and remotely at their convenience.

Our AAA Body Corporate General Manager was recently a featured guest speaker at the first of our three annual training days. Tina is an absolute source of knowledge on Body Corporate issues and the session with Tina was very well received. Each year our entire Strata Company closes our whole team are locked away at the Dendy Theatre for Body Corporate training. With over fifty people involved it’s a fabulous day full of education, laughter and some in depth Strata management chats. Thanks also to our other guest speakers – Genelle and Marianne from DIB, Craig Stanley from CHU, Mark from Law Solve, Nathan and Craig from Strata Max, as well as our AAA Body Corporate General Manager Tina Scanlon.
