Starting in body corporate back in 2002, Tina has experience in managing a variety of schemes, committees and issues, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes. Body corporate can often seem complex to many owners but Tina aims to always provide clear and useful information to make living in a community scheme simpler. Her strengths are organisation, attention to detail, problem solving and mediation. Having worked alongside some of the industry’s most knowledgeable and regarded managers and team members, she enjoys the challenges of her role and loves coming to work each day.
When Tina is not at work, you can find her creating unique pieces of garden art.

David commenced his career is strata in 1999 and has a wealth of legislative experience. He has a courteous and calm approach with owners and committees and strives hard to exceed expectations with a smile. Using his many years experience, believes and tries to achieve a practical outcome working within the confines of the body corporate legislation/regulations. He is passionate about strata education for strata managers and owners so as to understand the complexity of community living.
David enjoys spending his weekends with his family and having four children keeps him quite active!

Joanne has been in the Body Corporate Industry since 2015 and has extensive experience managing Accommodation Module, Commercial Module, Standard Module, Small Schemes, BUGTA, BMS’s, PBC’s even Waterways. Joanne strives to provide her clients with superior service and ensures advice is provided in accordance with the require Legislations\Regulations, this enables the Committee and Owners to make informed decisions for their individual community. When Joanne is not working, she is spending quality time with her family at the beach, camping or fishing!

Originating from her hometown of Townsville, Catrina moved to the Sunshine Coast 10 years ago with her Husband. They have a beautiful Rottweiler fur child called Hemi, and Rowdy, their bearded dragon.
Stumbling into the career of Strata Management in 2012, starting as a portfolio assistant, Catrina was promoted to Team Leader of the administration team. In July 2022, joined the AAA Body Corporate family as a Strata Manager to further her experience and career.
