Ensuring compliance with the Body Corporate and Community Management Act
Financial Management & Budgeting
Creating accurate financial models for levies and sinking funds
Providing cost estimates for ongoing strata maintenance and management
Handover & Transition Management
Overseeing the transition from the developer to the Body Corporate
Organising the first Annual General Meeting (AGM) and establishing the strata committee
Ensuring all documentation, warranties, and maintenance manuals are handed over
Providing the Developed Scheme with a dedicated Body Corporate Manager, overlooking the first year to ensure the Scheme is running smoothly
Building & Facilities Management
Coordinating initial building maintenance and defect management
Setting up service contracts for cleaning, security, and landscaping etc
Resident & Stakeholder Engagement
Assisting in communication between developers, new owners, and strata committees
Providing education and guidance to owners on strata living
Managing disputes and queries during the initial ownership period
